Megan Fondren

Evangelism Director

Megan Fondren was born and raised in Montrose, Michigan. Her journey with Jesus began at just four years old, when her mom was brushing her hair and getting her ready for her very first church service. Hearing the name of Jesus for the first time, Megan immediately knew she loved Him.

At age seven, Megan gave her life to Christ in the basement of Christian Faith Church, where Karen Hobson and JoAnne faithfully served in kids ministry. Their obedience to God’s call played a pivotal role in Megan’s salvation. At thirteen, she was baptized in the Holy Spirit and began to experience dreams and visions—many of them centered around sharing the name of Jesus with her hometown.

By fourteen, Megan recognized her calling to ministry. Like many teens, though, she felt the pull to explore beyond small-town life and left for college in Kentucky with her high school sweetheart, Joe. During those ten years, God shaped her through supernatural encounters and life experiences that deepened her love for Him.

With a God-given passion for learning—especially in science and medicine—Megan pursued a career as a physician assistant. Eventually, through a series of God-ordained steps, she and Joe returned to Montrose. Today, she has the joy of serving her community as a PA in family medicine and as a speaker and ministry leader at Real Life Church.

Whether she’s preaching on Sunday mornings or leading outreach efforts, Megan comes alive when helping others encounter Jesus. Her heart is to inspire people to live fully surrendered lives, fanning into flame the gifts God has placed in them. She believes every person is made on purpose, for a purpose—and when we walk in that truth, God does more than we could ever ask or imagine. It’s all for our good and His glory.
